Judy sells St. Augustine!
Judy Boles spent 35 years with Bell South serving in human resources, business office and the last 14 years as the Regional Manager. She retired in 2003.
In addition, she worked as an Executive Director for The Education Foundation of Alachua County for almost 6 years.
She became a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, M.M. Parrish in Gainesville in 2006.
She obtained her Broker’s license and successfully completed GRI I, II, and III.
Judy moved to St. Augustine in 2017. She loves the beach and the rich history of the City. She has had a condo here for over 20 years.
In June 2017, she became a consultant to the Foundation for Rural Education Excellence, which is a 501c3 organization of the North East Florida Educational Consortium. (NEFEC) She serves as President of the Foundation for Rural Education and works to bring resources to the organization as well as help other local education foundations that are members of NEFEC.
She also transferred her Broker Associate license to Pepine Realty at St. Augustine Beach.
Judy has served in many volunteer positions while in Gainesville.4
She is past President of Santa Fe College Board of Directors and served for 22 years on their Endowment Board. Past President of the Council for Economic Outreach and the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. She is Director Emeritus of the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce and Haven Hospice. The Council for Economic Outreach honored her with the Stephen C O’Connell Leadership Award.
She was honored by the Rotary Club with a Paul Harris Fellowship for leadership.
She received an award from Junior Achievement. Judy also was elected to be the first woman President of Gator Boosters. She still serves on the board today.
Her most proud moments are her two daughters, Chris Hagin, and Kim Humphries and her magnificent grandchildren, Tyler, Justin, Heston, and McKenna.
